Returns
If the product that has been sent to you is defective you can contact Little Sparrow at 2109955477 or at [email protected] and report to us the problem that occurred. We are always available to help you. If the problem occurs within 10 days the charge of returning the defective product is covered by our company. In case the product is returned after more than 10 days, the customer has to pay the shipping cost.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN
If you wish to return an item bought at www.littlesparrow.gr you can do it within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Just print and fill out the return form and send it together with the item(s) to:

The customer must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by Little Sparrow. Return or exchange parcels without the return form, will not be accepted and not be payed by Little Sparrow.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and we recommend that you send it insured with a tracking number. Kindly note that are not responsible for any items lost during shipping to us.
Your refund will take place within 14 days after we receive your return parcel at our warehouse. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item to another colour, size etc. we kindly ask you to place another order at www.littlesparrow.gr and return the unwanted item(s) back to us.
Please fill out the return form included in your package and send it together with the item(s) to the above mentioned return address.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM YOU HAVE RETURNED
Only under the condition that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed you get the full refund.
In all the above cases the cost of cash on delivery service is not refundable.
