All prices listed on the products available through Little Sparrow include 24% VAT and do not include shipping or cash on delivery costs. These prices refer to the products, but also to the quantities, provided that they are available and sufficient, while Little Sparrow reserves every right to change the prices of the products sold without prior notice.

SUBMISSION / CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop is the conclusion of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

 It constitutes a binding proposal for the purchase of these products at the total price indicated at the time of submission of the order, as it includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled as a visitor / customer.

You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, provided that you are legally competent in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (provided that you have reached the age of eighteen and are not under judicial guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract).

Orders can also be made by representatives of legal entities while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incapacitated persons.

Your order is completed with its acceptance by Little Sparrow by sending a written confirmation email to you at the email address you indicated when submitting the order. For any order cancellation (in whole or in part) you should send an email to the [email protected], or call +302109955477. This possibility is given to you, strictly, for one hour after the placing of the order.

After this point in time it is not possible to cancel and you can now return and change your order after receiving it. In this case you will be charged the shipping (shipping and return) and the products will be returned to the company. The returned products should be in excellent condition and in unopened packaging as they were sent.
